About Me
My professional purpose is to help people maintain wellbeing in life and at work, by developing their insight and adaptability. I am particularly interested in early and late career experience, major life events/transitions, LGBT+ issues at work, and creative approaches to coaching, work, and wellbeing. I am also an advocate of lifelong learning and inclusive practice.

I had an extensive career in the NHS, charity sector and education, in primary care mental health and psychological therapies services where I worked as a therapist, supervisor, trainer, manager and senior lecturer/programme lead. I then moved into organisational and leadership development and became a coach.

More recently I was a Support Manager for the award-winning NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme where I used a coaching approach to pastoral support and leadership development.

In my spare time I very much enjoy visual and performing arts, with a particular interest in contemporary folk arts.
